一、矛盾的焦点与解决的办法我国是一个人口多、土地少、底子薄的国家,住宅建设如何节约用地,一直是一个严重的社会问题。这也是为什么解放后住宅层数和密度变化由低到高、由疏到密的关键所在(表1)。近年来,这个问题更为突出了。从我国大规模住宅建设的实践来看,合理提高住宅建筑的密度是大家一致同意的。但是采用什么办法来提高密度?一种意见主张多层高密度,认为这样用地效益相对高,它能在保证使用功能合理和环境质量高的前提下,采取大进深,可有效提高密度达600—700人/公顷;另一种意见赞成高层高密

How to save land for residential construction has always been a serious social problem. This is why the change in residential floor number and density after liberation is from low to high and from sparse to dense (Table 1). In recent years, this problem has become even more prominent. Judging from the practice of large-scale residential construction in China, it is unanimously agreed that the density of residential buildings should be reasonably improved. However, what measures are used to increase the density? One opinion advocates multi-layer high density and believes that the benefits of such land use are relatively high. It can take a deeper and deeper approach and can effectively increase the density by as much as 600 on the premise of ensuring reasonable use of functions and high environmental quality. 700 people/ha; another opinion is in favor of high-level high density
