本研究比较研究了 K、V、A型细胞质杂种 F1代几个主要性状的优势表现及其差异。结果表明 ,V型杂种千粒重、穗粒数、穗长的优势强 ,单株产量最高 ( 2 2 .l g) ,超 M P2 8.7% ,超 CK39.2 % ,与K、A型相比 ,差异极显著 ,证明 V型细胞质无不良效应 ,是一种较好的不育类型。 K、V型细胞质均有诱导单倍体产生的不良效应 ,但基因型间表现的差异十分显著。因此 ,应加强优良基因型的选择和利用 ,培育不产生单倍体或单倍体频率低的优势组合
In this study, the dominant performance and differences of several main characters of K, V and A cytoplasmic F1 hybrids were compared. The results showed that the V-type hybrids had the advantage of 1000-grain weight, spike grain number and spike length, and the highest yield per plant was (21.2g), the super M P2 8.7% and the ultra CK39.2% Extremely significant, proving V-type cytoplasm without adverse effects, is a better type of infertility. K, V type cytoplasm have induced the haploids produced adverse effects, but the differences between the genotypes is very significant. Therefore, the selection and utilization of good genotypes should be strengthened, and the dominant combinations that do not produce haplotypes or have low haplotype frequencies
