本文详细描述了在玻璃片上制作透明的二维网络微模型的方法和过程,并应用这种微模型初步研究了不同的固相颗粒和粒径分布对孔隙的堵塞作用及反冲洗恢复时间的影响因素。试验表明,这种微模型用来直观地研究二、三次采油过程中剩余油的捕集和活化流动作用、固体微粒运移、桥堵对油层的损害作用及堵水机理都是很有用的。
This paper describes in detail the method and process of making a transparent two-dimensional network micromodel on a glass sheet and uses this micromodel to study the effect of different solid phase particles and particle size distribution on pore plugging and backwash recovery time factor. Experiments show that this micro-model is useful to study the remaining oil capture and activation flow, the migration of solid particles, the damage of the bridge block to the oil layer and the mechanism of water plugging in the second and third recovery processes.
