Objective To analyze the significance of CA-125, CA-199 and CEA in the diagnosis of pancreatic tumors. Methods Forty-two patients with pancreatic cancer (observation group) and 30 normal persons (control group) from January 2010 to January 2012 in our hospital were selected as research objects. The changes of tumor markers and the detection results were compared between the two groups. Results The serum levels of CA-125, CA-199 and CEA in the two groups were significantly different (P <0.05). After treatment, the positive rates of CA-125, CA-199 and CEA There was a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion CA-199, CA-125 and CEA have certain clinical value in the diagnosis of pancreatic tumors, of which CA-199 is the best. Combined detection of CA-125, CA-199 and CEA is the most scientific and effective detection method.
