以德治企是企业深化改革和自身生存发展的需要,也是激励职工奋发进取、积极奉献、培育“四有”职工队伍的需要。由此,德治成为促进企业文明和企业发展的重要驱动力量。所谓德治管理系统,并不仅仅是一个道德管理系统,而是一种管理的思维、方法和体系,是一种企业管理文化。它主要通过构建“操作平台”和建立“应用软件”两个步骤来实施。
Ruling enterprises by virtue is the need of enterprises to deepen reform and their own survival and development as well as the need to motivate staff to make progress and make positive contributions and to cultivate a staff workforce of four.
