水稻抗病育种是防治稻瘟病、白叶枯病、细菌性条斑病(下称细条病)和纹枯病的最经济有效措施之一。为了提供选育和推广抗病品种的理论依据以及寻找抗源,我们自1986~1990年开展了栽培稻和东乡野生稻对以上四种病害的抗病性鉴定工作。 一、材料和方法 1、供试材料:所有供试品种(系)和东乡野生稻均来自江西省农科院水稻所和浙江农科院等有关单位。 2、病菌:稻瘟病菌为江西省各主要病区的优势致病类群,以大麦粒培养基培养,100倍显微镜视野下30~50个孢子浓度悬
Rice disease breeding is one of the most economical and effective measures to control rice blast, bacterial leaf blotch disease (hereinafter referred to as thin strip disease) and sheath blight. In order to provide the theoretical basis for breeding and popularizing disease-resistant varieties and to find sources of resistance, we carried out the identification of the disease resistance of the above four diseases of cultivated rice and Dongxiang wild rice from 1986 to 1990.
