目的探讨血脂水平及血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)含量与急性脑梗死的相关性。方法测定79例已确诊的急性脑梗死患者(急性脑梗死组)的血脂水平与血清Hcy的含量,并与79名健康对照者(对照组)进行比较。结果急性脑梗死组血Hcy〔(31.59±24.63)vs(13.80±10.72)μmol/L〕、总胆固醇〔(5.60±1.42)vs(4.16±0.85)mmol/L〕、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇〔(3.06±0.87)vs(2.59±0.74)mmol/L〕、甘油三酯〔(2.27±1.57)vs(1.52±0.78)mmol/L〕值均明显高于对照组(P均<0.01);急性脑梗死组血高密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于正常对照组〔(1.30±0.30)vs(1.45±0.30)mmol/L,P<0.05〕,差异有统计学意义。结论血脂代谢异常、血清Hcy水平升高与急性脑梗死的发生关系密切。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum lipid and serum homocysteine (Hcy) level and acute cerebral infarction. Methods Serum lipids and serum Hcy levels were measured in 79 patients with acute cerebral infarction (acute cerebral infarction group) and 79 healthy controls (control group). Results The blood levels of Hcy 〔(31.59 ± 24.63) vs (13.80 ± 10.72) μmol / L〕, total cholesterol (5.60 ± 1.42 vs 4.16 ± 0.85 mmol / L〕, 3.06 ± 0.87 vs 2.59 ± 0.74 mmol / L], triglyceride 〔(2.27 ± 1.57) vs (1.52 ± 0.78) mmol / L〕 were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P <0.01) The level of HDL-C in infarction group was lower than that in control group [(1.30 ± 0.30) vs (1.45 ± 0.30) mmol / L, P <0.05〕. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The abnormal lipid metabolism, serum Hcy levels and acute cerebral infarction are closely related.
