随着知识经济的发展和终身教育时代的到来,综合能力培养是时代发展的必然趋势。建设高校武术教师终身学习意识势在必行,构建当代高校武术教师应具备的素质,旨在使高校武术教师清晰明白培养学习意识对自身素质的要求、自身素质对学生的影响。为适应教育改革和知识经济时代,高校武术教师必须坚定终身教育、终身学习的理念,整合和优化自身素质。
With the development of knowledge-based economy and the advent of lifelong education, the cultivation of comprehensive ability is an inevitable trend of the development of the times. It is imperative to construct the awareness of lifelong learning among college martial arts teachers and to build the quality teachers should possess in contemporary colleges and universities so as to make the teachers of martial arts in colleges and universities understand their own requirements of quality and their own qualities to students clearly. In order to adapt to the educational reform and the era of knowledge-based economy, college martial arts teachers must firmly adhere to the concept of lifelong education and lifelong learning, and integrate and optimize their own qualities.
