财政对国有企业的投资方式不外是两种方式:一是无偿的财政拨款;一是有偿的财政性贷款。随着社会主义市场经济的确立和国有企业内部经营机制的转变,财政投资方式发生了深刻变化,需要重新认识。
There are only two ways in which fiscal investment in state-owned enterprises is: first, unpaid financial allocations; and first, paid fiscal loans. With the establishment of the socialist market economy and the transformation of the internal operating mechanisms of state-owned enterprises, profound changes have taken place in the financial investment methods and new understandings are needed.
