木本文病例即是星形细胞瘤误诊为脑血栓,现报道如下。患者,男,60岁。半个月前干半夜睡眠中发病,左侧面部抽搐数分钟缓解,晨起左恻肢体无力,3天后左上、下肢轻瘫。病后无头痛、呕吐,以脑血栓收住院。既往高血压23/15kPa,已6年,冠心病2年。查体:体温36.2℃,脉搏72次/分,血压21/12kPa,意识清楚。内科无异常。眼底双侧视乳头境界清楚,动脉硬化1级。左侧中枢性面及舌下神经瘫,在侧上、下肢轻瘫,肌力3～4级,肌张力高,左侧Chaddock征
