目前，我省正在选派一批科技人员下乡支援老区乡镇企业，这确实是加快老区建设步伐、振兴老区经济的一条好措施。但是我们认为，从城市工厂中组织一批有技术的工人（包括退休工人）去帮助老区发展乡镇企业，也是一条好途径。
At present, our province is sending a group of scientific and technical personnel to support rural areas and township enterprises in the old areas. This is indeed a good measure to speed up the pace of building the old areas and revitalize the economy in the old areas. However, we think it is also a good way to organize a group of skilled workers (including retired workers) from urban factories to help the old districts develop their TVEs.
