“当地时间2013年10月21日,巴西利布拉油田举行首轮产品分成合同招标,由巴西国家石油公司、荷兰壳牌、法国道达尔、中国石油天然气集团公司和中国海洋石油有限公司组成的投标联合体中标。这是中国石油首次中标深海油田开发项目。据巴西石油管理局(ANP)预计,利布拉油田的可采资源量约为80亿~120亿桶。这个区块在开采合同签署5年后可开始产油,高峰产量可达每日140万桶,是巴西迄今勘探发现的最大规模单体盐下层区块,油品质量优良。
