浦东新区的历史名校是我国较早出现的近代型学校。身处浦东新区特定的社会生态发展环境,浦东新区历史名校百年的学校文化发展具有特殊的研究价值。我们以问卷调查了浦东新区历史名校的师生,借以了解学校文化状况,并为学校文化建设提供基础。调查发现,绝大多数学生认同学校各个方面的主流文化。学校主流文化随学校级别变化而变化。而对于历史名校学校文化建设而言,学校历史文化资源非常重要。
Pudong New Area’s historic elite is the earlier appeared in our country’s modern school. Living in the special social and ecological development environment of Pudong New Area, the development of school culture in the historic elite of Pudong New Area has a special research value. We conducted a questionnaire survey of teachers and students in Pudong New Area’s historic elite schools to understand the school’s cultural conditions and provide the foundation for the school’s cultural construction. The survey found that most students agree with mainstream culture in all aspects of the school. School mainstream culture changes with the school level. As for the history of the school culture, the historical and cultural resources of the school is very important.
