结合化工生产实际,根据高校应用型人才培养的目标,介绍了一个新的合成方法——熔融反应法的教学研究,给出了实验反应原理、流程,母液套用、溶剂的回收利用及母液和活性炭中产品的回收方法。通过本实验的介绍和实践,旨在培养学生绿色合成化学的理念,增强其环保意识,培养学生的创新和实践能力,从而使学生能更好地服务于科研和化工生产。
