This article synthesizes the relevant literature and then proposes a self-control test involving 12 neurobehavioral testing combinations to 44 lead smelters. Blood lead levels, erythrocyte free protoporphyrin, erythrocyte glutathione content, arginase activity, peripheral blood lymphocyte dopamine receptors and ~ 3H-5HT platelet uptake were also tested before and after. Results There was a change in neurological behavior in lead-exposed patients without clinical abnormalities. Mainly for memory, eye coordination and manual operation decreased significantly, visual acuity also has a certain impact. Emotional disorders are mainly annoying and irritable. After the lead of the laboratory indicators have significant changes. According to many kinds of discriminant analysis and related analysis results, we think that it is feasible to use the combination of simple behavioral tests and mental arithmetic as early indicators of lead poisoning. Self-perceived status can be used as a reference index. We are also trying to explain why some of our lead absorptions behave abnormally.
