程××,男,51岁,住百色镇牛奶场。患者从1978年10月15日起,觉踝关节肿痛,屈伸不利,局部灼热,行动不便。曾在本院门诊肌注青、链霉素等药,未见好转,反见关节肿痛益甚,行走困难,于1978年10月16日入院。入院检查:体温36.5℃,不能直立,心界不大,各瓣膜未闻杂音,两肺(-),腹软,肝脾未触及,双踝关节肿大,有灼热感,压痛明显,活动受限,纳差,口苦干,尿黄短,大便干,苔黄薄带腻,脉浮数滑弦。血象:白细胞14,000,中性74%,杆状8%。
