项目财务管理学是研究如何通过计划、决策、控制、考核、监督等管理活动对资金运动进行管理,以提高资金效益的一门经营管理学科。财务管理的好坏直接影响到企业的生存和发展。当前,事中控制和事后核算的财务管理模式已不能满足企业的发展需要。许多企业由于不重视财务管理,有些老板甚至不懂财务,使企业最终走向破产倒闭。本文以交通物流单位为例,阐述了企业管理应如何以财务管理为核心,推动交通物流单位快速稳健地发展。

At present, the control and post-accounting financial management model can not meet the needs of the development of enterprises.
