例1,女,46岁。反复尿频、尿急、尿痛伴血尿1年。于1983年12月9日入院。膀胱镜检查示相当于右输尿管口部位有一乳头状肿块,表面充血水肿,基底宽。输尿管口不清,左输尿管口正常。拟诊膀胱肿瘤。术中见右输尿管口处2.5×2.5cm园形肿物,囊内结石2枚。行囊肿及壁内段输尿管切除,输尿管膀胱移植术。病理报告:右输尿管囊肿伴感染。例2,女,59岁。下腹胀痛伴尿频、尿急、尿痛7天,于1986年10月20日入院。膀胱镜检查示左
Example 1, female, 46 years old. Recurrent urinary frequency, urgency, dysuria with hematuria 1 year. Admitted to hospital on December 9, 1983. Cystoscopy showed the right ureter mouth part of a papillary mass, surface congestion and edema, basal wide. Ureteral unclear, normal left ureteral orifice. Probable bladder cancer. Intraoperative see the right ureteral orifice 2.5 × 2.5cm circular tumor, capsule 2 stones. Surgical removal of cyst and wall ureter, ureteral bladder transplantation.
