公立医院给我们的印象是医院规模大,医疗器械全,医生水平高,看病花钱少。所以吸引了很多患者过去看病,却导致医院人满为患,医生疲惫不堪,患者挂号、缴费、取药时都要排很长的队。相比之下,一些民营医院却常常门可罗雀,无人问津。因为在老百姓眼里,公立医院的首要目的是公益,而民营医院的首要目的是营利。近日,北京大学口腔医学院副院长林野就公立医院的公益性和公立医院服务模式的改革谈了自己的看法。
Public hospitals give us the impression that large hospitals, medical equipment, high level of doctors, see a doctor spend less. It attracted many patients in the past to see a doctor, but it caused the hospital to overcrowding and the doctor was exhausted. The patient should have a long queue for registration, payment and medication. In contrast, some private hospitals are often overcrowded, no one cares. Because in the eyes of ordinary people, the primary purpose of public hospitals is public welfare, while the primary purpose of private hospitals is profit-making. Recently, Lin Ye, vice president of Peking University School of Stomatology talked about his own views on the public welfare of public hospitals and the reform of public hospital services.
