《水运工程试验检测机构资质管理办法》已由交通部2002年第4号令公布,自今年8月1日起施行。 《办法》第一条指出,为加强水运工程试验检测机构资质管理,提高水运工程试验检测质量,保证水运工程建设质量,根据《建设工程质量管理条例》和其他有关行政法规,制定本办法。 《办法》第一章总则,第二章资质条件,第三章资质申请,第四章资质认定,第五章资质监管,第六章罚则,第七章附则,共50条。本办法施行前,交通部发布的有关水运工程试验检测机构资质的规定与本办法的规定不一致的,以本办法为准。 《水运工程试验检测机构资质评审细则》作为本办法附件同时公布。
The Measures for the Administration of Qualification of Testing and Testing Institutions for Water Transport Engineering have been promulgated by Decree No.4 of 2002 by the Ministry of Communications and will come into force on August 1 this year. Article 1 of the Measures states that in order to strengthen the qualification management of the testing and testing agency of the shipping project, improve the testing quality of the shipping project and ensure the quality of the shipping project, the Measures are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on the Quality Control of Construction Projects and other relevant administrative regulations. The first chapter of the “Measures”, the second chapter qualification conditions, the third chapter qualification application, the fourth chapter qualification, the fifth chapter qualification supervision, the sixth chapter penalty, the seventh chapter of the annex, a total of 50. Before the implementation of these Measures, the provisions issued by the Ministry of Communications on the qualifications of the pilot testing agencies for shipping projects that are inconsistent with the provisions of these Measures shall be subject to these Measures. The Rules for Qualification Evaluation of Water Transport Engineering Testing and Testing Institutions shall be promulgated at the same time as the appendix to these Measures.
