About 450 delegates from many countries attended the event. The largest number of attendance in Japan, 195. 47 in China (10 in mainland China). 44 in the Philippines Representatives from countries in Asia, such as India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Bangladesh and Nepal; Canada, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Norway, Sweden, 40 delegates from 15 countries including Greece, Brazil and Sudan attended the meeting.
