1991年8月5日至6日中国科学学与科技政策研究会在北京召开了学术专业委员会主任会议。参加会议的有:全国研究会学术工作委员会主任王兴成、副主任赵红州、关西普以及各专业委员会主任张碧晖、陈益升、武林、赵祖华、蔡汝魁、蒋国华、罗伟、徐耀宗等同志。会议由王兴成和关西普同志主持。会上,全国研究会副理事长兼秘书长罗伟同志首先传达了中国科协第四次全国代表大会精神。随后宣布了科学学理论专业委员会、科学社会学专业委员会、科技管理专业委员会、科技人才专业委员会、科学经济专业委员会、科学教育专业委员会、科学能力学专业委员
August 5, 1991 to 6 Chinese Science and Technology Policy Research Association held in Beijing, academic director of professional committee meeting.
