无产阶级文化大革命以来,建筑部门采用的冷拔低碳钢丝预应力混凝土,数量日益增多,应用范围愈来愈广。冷拔低碳钢丝预应力混凝土具有生产工艺简单,设备易于自制,上马快,便于因地制宜、就地取材,有利于大搞群众运动和普及推广等优点。目前,我国冷拔低碳钢丝预应力混凝土数量已占预应力混凝土总量的一半以上,广泛应用于工业和民用建筑的楼板、屋面板、挂瓦板、檩条等中小型构件。在农村建筑中,也开始大量采用以代替木材,深受群众欢迎,走出了一条建筑业支援农业的广阔道路。实践证明,采用冷拔低碳钢丝的预应力混凝土结构代替普通钢筋混凝土结构,可节约钢材10~30%,节约混凝土25%,降低造价约10%。目前,每立米的冷拔低碳钢丝预应力
