用反相高效液相色谱法，测定了两种制剂中的双氯灭痛含量。色谱条件为：ＳｐｈｅｒｓｏｒｂＣ１８５μｍ（４×２５０ｍｍ）色谱柱；流动相为０．２５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ醋酸钠缓冲液（ｐＨ３．６）－甲醇（３６：６４）；紫外检测波长２８２ｎｍ。双氯灭痛在２～１０ｍｇ／Ｌ浓度范围内呈良好线性关系（ｒ＝０．９９９３）。两种制剂的回收率为：双氯灭痛肠溶衣片９９．９％，ＲＳＤ２．０３％；感冒通片９８．７％，ＲＳＤ１．６１％。最低检测浓度为１０μｇ／Ｌ。内标为醋酸地塞米松。
The contents of diclofenac in both preparations were determined by RP-HPLC. Chromatographic conditions: SphersorbC185μm (4 × 250mm) column; mobile phase 0.25mol / L sodium acetate buffer (pH3.6) - methanol (36:64); UV detection wavelength of 282nm. Diclofenac in the 2 ~ 10mg / L concentration range showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.9993). The recoveries of the two preparations were as follows: diclofenac enteric-coated tablets 99.9%, RSD 2.03%; cold pass 98.7%, RSD 1.61%. The lowest detection concentration of 10μg / L.
