据《种子科技》1994年第4期赵登程报道:甘肃省农科院蔬菜所由荷兰引进的花椰菜一代交配种,经系统集团混合选择而成。1993年4月经甘肃省品审会审定通过。祁连白雪花椰菜株高53.6cm,株幅59.8cm,株型较开张。叶长椭圆形,色绿,叶面蜡粉中等,外叶数18.6片心叶旋转可保护花球。花球近圆形,球面圆整,纵径10.2cm,横径15.2cm。花球乳白色,茸毛少,花枝短而肥大,单球重800g,种子千粒重3.3g,属中早熟种。在兰州苗龄100～120d,定植后60～70d采收,一般亩产2000kg。花球紧实,品质中上,耐寒性强,抗黑斑病及黑腐病。栽培要点:在兰州地区,春茬11月下旬播种,秋荐6月上旬播种,3月初开始在大棚及露地陆续定植,每亩2400～2700株。全期水肥管理均不可过控;莲座期前适
