就我个人对企业经营的理解,决定一个企业成功的要素有很多。其中,战略、人员与运作流程是核心的3个决定性要素。正像本书两位作者所指出的,如何将这3个要素有效结合起来,是很多企业经营者面对的最大困难。而只有将战略、人员与运营进行有效结合,才能决定企业最终的成功。结合的关键则在执行。与传统的认识不同,有效的执行是需要领导者亲历亲为的系统工程,而不是对企业具体运行的细枝末节的关心。仍然拿企业运行最关键的3个要素来说,战略、人员与运作每一个环节都需要以“执行”的精神来指导落实。就企业战略来说,任何一个优秀的战略都不是一蹴而就的凭空臆断,都需要企业领导者以执行的踏实心态,对企
As far as my personal understanding of business operations is concerned, there are many factors that determine a company’s success. Among them, the strategic, personnel, and operational processes are the three core determinants. As the authors of this book have pointed out, how to combine these three elements effectively is the greatest difficulty for many business operators. Only the effective combination of strategy, personnel and operations can determine the ultimate success of the company. The key to integration is implementation. Different from the traditional understanding, effective implementation requires the system engineering of the leader to be personally aware of the facts rather than the details of the specific operations of the enterprise. Still taking the three key elements of a company’s operations, strategy, personnel, and operations must all be guided by the spirit of “execution.” In the case of corporate strategy, any good strategy is not a one-time solution, and both require the entrepreneurial leader to implement the practical attitude.
