龙口经济开发区是1992年经山东省人民政府批准设立的省级开发区。2000年3月由龙口市黄城迁至原海岱镇,撤镇成立开发区。辖区面积18平方公里,规划面积12平方公里,建成面积8平方公里,下辖22个行政村,15万人。地理位置优越。距烟台空港70公里,距全国最大的地方港口——龙口港2公里,威乌高速公路,206国道,大莱龙铁路贯穿全区,交通四通八达。
Longkou Economic Development Zone in 1992 by the Shandong Provincial People’s Government approved the establishment of the provincial-level development zone. In March 2000, Huangkou City, Longkou City, moved to the original Haidai Town, withdrawal of the establishment of the development zone.
