本着国家“四部委”(中共中央宣传部、水利部、国家发展改革委员会、建设部)联合下发的《关于加强节约型社会建设宣传的通知》的精神,省委宣传部、省水利厅于9月15～28日联合组织了“河北省节水型社会建设年采风活动”,河北日报、河北经济日报、河北电视台等省级媒体和各市有关媒体联合,围绕“建设节水型社会,促进可持续发展”这一主题,走访了全省11个设区市,记者深入乡村、厂矿、社区、学校、军营,结合自身媒体特点和报道风格,向全社会广泛宣传节水型社会建设的先进经验和典型,对个别浪费水、污染水的行为进行了曝光,充分发挥了宣传合力,产生了较大影响,增强了全社会珍惜水、爱护水、节约水的意识和观念。
