胆脂瘤上皮细胞增殖与凋亡涉及细胞的化学介质信息分子、信息传导、基因调控等方面因素,本文就这些因素及其对上皮细胞增殖、凋亡及骨质破坏的影响进行综述。
The proliferation and apoptosis of cholesteatoma epithelial cells are related to the information of chemical mediators, information transduction, gene regulation and other factors in the epithelial cells of cholesteatoma. In this paper, the effects of these factors and their effects on the proliferation, apoptosis and bone destruction of epithelial cells are reviewed.
