1病例简介:想到她可能要流产29岁的Cheryl来时脸上带着微笑。她的月经周期延迟了1周,她想证实自己怀孕了。年初她结的婚并且很渴望开始建立一个家庭。她和丈夫在家里做了尿妊娠化验,结果呈阳性,两人都非常高兴。3周后她回来了,看上去很焦虑。阴道少量出血让她担心要流产。查体体征不明显,脉搏、血压正常。阴道检查后穹窿可见少量陈旧血,宫颈口闭合无触痛,子宫球样增大,附件区未扪及包块。
1 Case Description: When I think she may want to abort Cheryl, 29 years old, with a smile on her face. Her menstrual cycle was delayed by one week and she wanted to confirm she was pregnant. She married early in the year and is eager to start building a family. Both her husband and her had a urine pregnancy test at home and the result was positive. Both were very happy. She returned after 3 weeks and looked anxious. A small amount of vaginal bleeding she worried about abortion. Physical examination signs were not obvious, pulse, normal blood pressure. Visible vaginal fornix shows a small amount of obsolete blood, cervical mouth closed no tenderness, uterine globular increased attachment area not palpable mass.
