有的同志怕起动麻烦或是起动机有故障,因而常常是长时间怠速运转。这样做很不好,因为机器长时间低速运转,将使发动机磨损增加。因为低速运转时的润滑条件恶化,润滑油易于老化变质。如果低速运转过久,发动机达不到正常工作温度,润滑油粘度大,使摩擦损失增加;燃烧不完全,使积炭增多,引起活塞环胶结;自燃延迟期加长,加剧工作的粗暴性。另外,低温时燃料燃烧产物容易和水分结合成硫酸等腐蚀气缸,未燃烧的燃料冲刷缸壁,破坏了油膜。一般柴油机怠速运转不要超过10分钟。如果起动系统有故障,一定尽早修好。
Some comrades are afraid of starting troubles or starter malfunctions, so they often idle for a long time. This is not good because the machine runs at a slow speed for a long time, which will increase the engine wear. In addition, low temperature fuel combustion products easily combined with water into sulfuric acid and other corrosion cylinder, unburned fuel flushing cylinder wall, destroyed the oil film. General diesel engine idle speed does not exceed 10 minutes. If the starting system is faulty, fix it as soon as possible.
