目的:研究采自青海省海南自治州地区的云雾龙胆花挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用气质联用(Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer-computer,GC-MS)技术和NIST质谱库对云雾龙胆挥发油的化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。结果:从该植物挥发油中分离出76个成分,鉴定了以呋喃醛(11.078%),5-甲基-2-呋喃醛(7.259%),苯甲酸(6.495%),4-乙烯基-2-甲氧基苯酚(2.120%),棕榈酸(12.623%),亚油酸(4.445%),α-亚麻酸(3.228%),正十八烷酸(2.614%),正二十三烷(5.435%)等为主的71个成分。结论:这些成分为首次从该植物花挥发油中所发现。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the essential oil of Gentiana scabra from Hainan Province in Qinghai Province. Methods: The chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Gentiana scabra were analyzed and identified by Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer-computer (GC-MS) and NIST mass spectrometry. The relative contents of each component were calculated by the normalization of chromatographic peak area content. Results: Seventy-six components were isolated from the volatile oil of the plant and identified furanal (11.078%), 5-methyl-2-furaldehyde (7.259%), benzoic acid - methoxyphenol (2.120%), palmitic acid (12.623%), linoleic acid (4.445%), alpha- linolenic acid (3.228%), n-octadecanoic acid 5.435%) and other 71-based components. Conclusion: These ingredients were first found in this plant flower essential oil.
