权变管理理论在西方形成于70年代。通俗地说,权变就是权宜应变。 权变管理理论之所以能在西方与我国盛行一时,是由于权变管理理论在一定程度上反映了当前世界上科技发展与政治经济形势变动深刻影响到管理的情况。总的来说,没有一种管理理论是放之四海而皆准时,权变理论认识到每种管理理论有其局限性,并不存在一种包治百病的良药,这在认识上是一个很大的进步。
Contingency management theory was formed in the West in the 1970s. To put it in a nutshell, contingency is an expedient.
