在2000年我国教育部制定的《关于全面推进素质教育,深化中等职业教育教学改革的意见》中,中等职业学校的培养目标是:培养与经济社会发展相适应,德、智、体、美全面发展,具有综合职业能力,在生产、服务一线工作的具有基本的科学文化素养、继续学习的能力、创新精神和良好的职业道德,掌握必要的文化基础知识、专业知识、职业技能和就业、创业能力的高素质劳动者和技能型人才。
