目的消化内镜通过有效的清洗消毒,来预防因患者通过内镜检查所引起的医院内交叉感染以及医务人员与患者之间的感染。方法使用法国索洛普内镜清洗消毒机,将使用后的内镜,先进行手工初步处理,去掉黏液等有机物,再放入内镜清洗机中,连接各管道,进入清洗程序,待清洗消毒程序结束置于专门清洁运输容器中备用,终末消毒结束后放在清洁内镜保存柜中悬挂待用。结果按照卫生部《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范》标准对1 000例内镜镜身及镜腔的清洗消毒效果进行监测,结果显示内镜的镜身表面及镜腔细菌监测合格率为99%。结论采取有效的清洗消毒方法,可以确保内镜消毒效果。

The results showed that the qualified rate of endoscopic mirror surface and bacterial colonoscopy was 99% . Conclusion Effective cleaning and disinfection methods can ensure the endoscopic disinfection.
