探讨康复治疗对脑出血微创术后肢体运动功能恢复的影响。采用以 Bobath和 Brunnstrom方法 ,选择脑出血微创术后的患者 90例 ,随机分为康复组及对照组。康复组微创术后 1周内开始进行规定的康复训练 ,对照组术后未经指导的自我锻炼。分别于 1、 2和 4周时评定。运动功能用 Fugl- Meyer评分 ,神经缺损用神经功能缺损程度评分标准评分。结果 :神经功能缺损程度减少康复组明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,运动功能恢复康复组更显著 (P<0 .0 1)。提示 :脑出血微创术后患者进行早期强化康复训练能明显改善肢体运动功能 ,可有效降低致残率
To investigate the effect of rehabilitation treatment on functional recovery of limbs after minimally invasive surgery for cerebral hemorrhage. Ninety patients who underwent minimally invasive intracerebral hemorrhage using Bobath and Brunnstrom methods were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group. The rehabilitation group started the prescribed rehabilitation training within 1 week after minimally invasive surgery and the control group did not exercise self-guidance after the operation. Assessment at 1, 2 and 4 weeks respectively. Motor function with Fugl-Meyer score, neurological deficit score with the score of neurological deficit score. Results: The degree of neurological deficit reduction was significantly better in the rehabilitation group than in the control group (P <0.05), and the functional recovery rehabilitation group was more significant (P <0.01).
