前郭县位于吉林省西北部、松嫩平原南部,县域内资源丰富,现有耕地320万亩,林地225万亩,草原270万亩,水域面积98.6万亩,查干湖、第二松花江、嫩江、前郭灌区和其他泡沼形成的湿地184万亩,居全省首位。旅游资源得天独厚,草原风光秀丽,湖泊湿地景色优美,境内有比较著名的旅游资源单体82个,郭尔罗斯文化属蒙古族游牧文化,底蕴丰厚,民俗风情浓郁,在“餐饮文化”、“婚礼习俗”、“狩猎游艺”和“宗教文化”等方面独具特色,是中华民族大文化中的璀璨瑰宝。
Qian Guo County is located in the northwestern part of Jilin Province and the southern part of Songnen Plain. The county is rich in natural resources. It has arable land of 3.2 million mu, forest area of 2.25 million mu, grassland of 2.7 million mu and water area of 986,000 mu. Chagan Lake, , Nenjiang, Qian Guo Irrigation District and other wetlands formed 1840000 acres of wetland, ranking first in the province. Tourist resources are unique, beautiful scenery of the prairie, beautiful scenery of the lake wetlands, the territory has a relatively famous tourist resources monomer 82, Guo Erluosi culture belongs to Mongolian nomadic culture, rich heritage, rich folk customs, in the “dining culture” “Wedding custom ”, “hunting entertainment ” and “religious culture ” and so unique, is a bright gem in the Chinese culture.
