江苏省煤炭总公司于一九八六年五月三十日～三十一日,在徐州矿务局召开了“三下”采煤技术协作攻关组第一次会议。参加会议的有:中国矿业学院、徐州矿务局、江苏省煤矿研究所、徐州、盐城市煤炭公司、江苏省煤炭总公司等十多个单位的老、中、青代表,其中有对“三下”采煤有一定工作经验和学术水平的教授、高级工程师、讲师、工程师和部分年青工程技术人员,攻关小组成员部分参加了会议,会议由攻关小组组长、省煤炭总公司王九华总工程师主持。
