介绍了一种新型的并行计算机ＥＰ－８６０并行群联计算机系统。由于它采用了独特的广播存储器技术，使整个系统兼有着松散耦合和紧密耦合两种系统的优点。系统具有良好的可扩展性，方便用户编程。用户编程时只需将共享变量定位到广播存储器中，用访存指令即可实现通信，无需专门的通信命令。本文的重点是描述ＥＰ－８６０的体系结构及其扩展性。
A new parallel computer EP-860 parallel group computer system is introduced. Because of its unique broadcast memory technology, the whole system combines the advantages of both loosely coupled and tightly coupled systems. System has good scalability, user-friendly programming. The user programming only need to locate the shared variable in the broadcast memory, with memory access instructions to achieve communication, without special communication commands. The focus of this article is to describe the architecture and extensibility of the EP-860.
