《全日制义务教育语文课程标准(实验稿)》(以下简称《课程标准》)规定了对不同阶段的学生在知识和能力、过程和方法、情感态度和价值观(以下简称三维目标)等方面的基本要求。三维目标的提出和确立,将素质教育的理念体现在课程标准之中,课程的功能由过去单纯强调知识和技能转向同时关注学生学习的过程和方法、情感态度和价值观。人教版小学语文课程标准实验教科书(以下简称新教材)体现了《课程标准》提出的教育理念和基本精神。我校是浙江温州市第一批使用新教材教学的学校,为适应新课程的变化,我们力求在教学改革中实现新的突破,为此选取了小学语文新教材低段阅读教学为研究的载体,以三维目标的构建与达成为研究的切入口,进行多角度阐释三维目标在低段语文教学中的具体实施,多方位体现课程标准的基本理念.进而全面提高学生的语文素养。

In order to adapt to the changes in the new curriculum, we strive to achieve new breakthroughs in teaching reform. For this reason, we selected the low-grade reading teaching of primary Chinese new teaching materials as the research carrier , This paper constructs and reaches the target of three-dimensional construction as the entrance point of the research, and carries out the multi-angle interpretation of the concrete implementation of the three-dimensional target in the low-level Chinese teaching, and embodies the basic concepts of the curriculum standards in various directions.
