4例中男女各2例,年龄14～32岁。原发性疾病为急性胃肠炎2例,上呼吸道感染及泌尿系统感染各1例。2例为首次肌注庆大8万u,分别于3、5分钟后出现胸闷、气急、头晕、心悸、全身麻木、口唇发绀、大汗淋漓,面色苍白,血压下降至9.33～5.33/4.00～2.67kPa。1例为静脉给药24万u,5分钟后出现上述过敏性休克症状,并有心前区压迫感,心电图示频发室早。3例病人在休克发生后立即停用庆大,吸氧、给肾上腺素lmg肌注、地塞米松10～20mg静脉推注,并应用升压药物,2～4
