目的:探讨胎膜早破相关因素及对母婴的影响。方法:对176例胎膜早破病例进行回顾性分析。结果:胎膜早破与头盆不称、胎位不正和感染密切相关。结论:胎膜早破易导致难产和感染,手术产率明显升高。
Objective: To investigate the related factors of premature rupture of membranes and the effects on maternal and infant. Methods: 176 cases of premature rupture of membranes were retrospectively analyzed. Results: premature rupture of membranes and head basin is not known, fetal position and infection are closely related. Conclusion: Premature rupture of membranes leads to dystocia and infection, and the surgical yield is obviously increased.
