目的:观察颈康片对退变颈椎间盘组织超微结构的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法:28只新西兰兔按随机数字表法分成模型组和正常对照组,模型组又分为颈康片组、颈复康组、生理盐水组,分别喂服颈康片、颈复康、生理盐水,正常对照组喂服生理盐水,4周后取颈椎间盘髓核进行电镜观察。结果:电镜观察见髓核软骨细胞及胶原纤维均发生退变,颈康片组退变程度最轻。结论:颈康片能有效减轻髓核软骨细胞及胶原纤维退变,这可能是其作用机制之一。
Objective: To observe the effect of Jingkang Tablet on the ultrastructure of degenerative cervical intervertebral disc and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 28 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into model group and normal control group according to random number table. The model group was divided into Jingkang tablet group, Jingkuikang group and normal saline group, Saline, normal control group fed with saline, 4 weeks after cervical disc nucleus was observed by electron microscopy. Results: Electron microscopy showed degeneration of nucleus pulposus chondrocytes and collagen fibers, with the lowest degree of degeneration in Jingkang tablet group. Conclusion: Jingkang tablet can effectively reduce the degeneration of chondrocytes and collagen fibers in the nucleus pulposus, which may be one of the mechanisms.
