目的：了解眼黑色素瘤的ＣＴ表现。方法：对１２例黑色素瘤及１例肺癌眼内转移进行回顾性分析。结果：黑色素瘤可为宽基底结节或蘑菇状，个别可有囊变，钙化，侵犯球外时常沿视神经发展，转移瘤也可呈结节或新月形。结论：ＣＴ可了解眼黑色素瘤的范围，与转移瘤鉴别须结合病史
Objective: To understand the CT manifestations of ocular melanoma. Methods: 12 cases of melanoma and 1 case of lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Melanoma can be broad basal nodules or mushrooms, some may have cystic degeneration, calcification, violations of the ball often along the optic nerve development, metastasis can also be nodular or crescent. Conclusion: CT can understand the scope of eye melanoma, and the identification of metastases to be combined with history
