鉴于目前削弱水轮机空化和空蚀存在的问题,以某适用于300m水头的混流式水轮机为例,采用CFD技术计算其运行范围内若干工况的内部流动情况,重点分析其空化和空蚀性能,并比较了采用长短叶片转轮和仅采用长叶片转轮的流场分布及其空化特性。结果表明,采用长短叶片结构的水轮机的转轮内部流态较好,流场分布更加合理,空化性能明显优于仅采用长叶片的水轮机。
In view of the current problems of weakening cavitation and cavitation of turbine, taking CFD turbine suitable for 300m head as an example, the CFD technique is used to calculate the internal flow of several working conditions and the cavitation and cavitation erosion are analyzed emphatically Performance, and compared the flow field distribution and its cavitation characteristics by using long and short blade runner and only long blade runner. The results show that the turbine with long and short blade structure has better internal flow regime and more reasonable flow field distribution, and the cavitation performance is obviously better than that of the turbine with only long blades.
