美味牛肝菌 Boletus edulis Bull.ex Fr.属于担子菌纲,伞菌目牛肝菌科,牛肝菌属外生菌根菌,福建人民视为山中珍品,资源十分丰富,市场上十分畅销,是一种很有发展前途的土特产品。为了充分开发利用牛肝菌,笔者1991年7月至1996年9月以来,对福安牛肝菌的分布及生态环境等,进行了多次野外实地考察,观测及访问有经验的菇农,护林工作者。现将初步调查研究的结果,报道如下。一、形态特征1.美味牛肝菌别名:粗腿蘑、大腿蘑(东北)、大脚牛肝菌、白牛肝菌。双生或丛生。菌盖有直径4～15cm,扁半球形或稍平
