患者女性,46岁。因右上腹疼痛半年多,发热(37°—38℃之间)月余住院。入院检查:体质消瘦,肝于肋下2厘米,质中等,触痛明显,中等量腹水。血色素9克,红细胞总数324万。血浆总蛋白4.2克,白蛋白1.9克,球蛋白2.2克。锁骨上淋巴结病理诊断:淋巴结转移癌。于入院后第9天上午10时,拟静脉滴注500毫升低分子量右旋糖酐(上海中国生物制药厂出品,批号660518)。约当滴入15毫升左右,患者开始感觉头晕、胸闷、憋气、寒战。
