The development of chain retail industry is closely linked with logistics and distribution, and the delivery level has become the key standard to measure the modernization of a chain enterprise management. The choice of distribution mode is directly related to the distribution level of chain retail enterprises. The choice of distribution mode is an important issue for chain retail enterprises and is also a strategic issue. The article summarizes and analyzes the status quo of distribution of chain retail enterprises in our country, points out the shortcomings, and finally introduces in detail the five kinds of distribution modes that can be selected by the chain retail enterprises in our country.
