近年来,行政管理学研究已逐渐与政府管理实践形成一种良性互动。就整体而言,2011年度,行政管理学研究领域日趋细化,对一些重点问题研究不断深入,与时代特征结合更加紧密,对国外研究动态倍加关注,研究成果呈现丰富多样,向具有中国特色的行政管理学体系构建迈出了新的步伐。但是目前的研究仍然存在一些问题,在许多重要领域的研究上,目前还缺乏根本性的突破,特别是在对国外政府管理经验的研究方面,一般往往停留在介绍和引进层面,缺乏深入的辨析,对于如何在坚持社会主义制度前提下,真正有效地实现西方经验与中国政府管理实践的结合问题,目前还没有得到很好的解决。在行政改革目标模式的选择方面,对国外新公共管理理论所强调的市场化、私有化取向强调得过多,对社会主义国家政府职能的目的及其特殊性有所忽视。这些问题的存在构成了今后行政管理学学科研究需要进一步努力的方向。

In particular, the research on the management experience of foreign governments generally stays at the level of introduction and introduction, and lacks deep analysis , There is not yet a very good solution to how to truly and effectively combine the western experience with the Chinese government’s management practice under the precondition of upholding the socialist system. In the choice of the target mode of administrative reform, emphasis is placed on the orientation of marketization and privatization under the new overseas public management theory, which neglects the purpose and particularity of the government function of socialist countries. The existence of these problems constitutes the future direction of administrative management research needs further work.
