Tan Hsun has expanded the use of materials in the artistic practice of the past few years and is dedicated to the pursuit of turning old things that appear to be plain and boring, and used in everyday life into real works of art. This is a very important step in the transformation of artists. The unique way of thinking shows the artist’s outstanding talents and non-compliance with the trend toward more commercialized and marketized works of art. It also makes Tan Hsun different from contemporary artists .
